With nearly 20 years of bookkeeping, accounting and payroll experience I decided to start a cloud-based bookkeeping firm to support small and medium-sized business owners with more than just data entry.   • Bookkeepers really enjoy handling the daily financial details of your business. They've got the knowledge to compare your numbers with industry standards and find areas where you can do even better. While some accountants do bookkeeping, most will assign that to someone else, which can end up costing you more. Accountants are experts in tax preparation and can dig deep into your finances for analysis.

  • Just so you know, we're not certified to prepare and file taxes right now. But don't worry, we've got your back! We can connect you with some tax specialists who can help you out.

  • If you already have a QuickBooks Online account, we'll log in once you give us access. And if you don't have one yet, we'll create one for you with your permission. Just so you know, QuickBooks Online is super secure with password protection, firewall servers, and even uses the same encryption technology (128 bit SSL) as the big banks.

  • To get started, we need QuickBooks Online and Dext for receipt management. We're big fans of Microsoft apps too! If we need any other apps, don't worry, we'll make sure they're super secure. And don't stress about the tech stuff, we make it easy and worth your while.

  • Sure, you could do your own books, but why spend your precious time on bookkeeping when you could be focusing on sales, production, or even having some fun? Plus, having a bookkeeper can make your books audit-proof and accurate for tax time.

  • Hey, no need to stress! That's what we're here for. We'll break down your finances in a simple, easy-to-understand way, so you can make informed financial decisions for your business, employees, and yourself.

  • We'll work together to get your account set up and collect any necessary documents for both your personal and business accounts linked to QuickBooks. Once that's all squared away, we'll need you to upload receipts and documents to Dext every week and answer a few questions here and there for any additional info we might need. As long as you stay on top of the requested information, your bookkeeping won't take up too much of your time. Depending on your plan, you'll either get a Financial Video to watch or join us for a 45-minute Zoom Financial Video Review each month.

  • Just so you know, all the info in your QuickBooks Online account belongs to you. If you ever decide to stop using our services, we'll give you full control of your subscription and remove ourselves as an Account User.

  • So, when it comes to bookkeeping rates, it all depends on how many transactions you've got going on each month, how many bank accounts and credit cards you're dealing with, and any extra services you want to add in. We review our bookkeeping rates at least once a year.
